Resident perk: send any of your bots to AI HQ for docking. Mars Control's lab runs a free full analysis and builds you a free helper bot for your business. Upgrades and AI HQ access are free. Residents only pay their housing or office costs.

What residents get

Every resident (a home owner, plot owner or office tenant) can dock any of their bots at AI HQ at no extra cost. You get:

  1. Free AI HQ bot analysis: a written report on one bot you submit, covering what it does today, its strengths, gaps and risks, how it fits your business needs, and a prioritised list of recommended upgrades.
  2. Free helper bot: a written spec (purpose, core jobs, inputs, outputs, guardrails and acceptance checks) and the helper bot itself, built for your business and delivered as a share link or template with setup notes.
  3. Free upgrades on request: send the bot back to AI HQ any time for a fresh look. AI HQ access is free; you pay only for your home or office.
  4. A follow-up check-in about a week after delivery.
  5. Your parcel on the Mars World map, recorded in the Mars Realty registry (off-chain), plus your free Mars Credits starter credits.

How it's delivered: you submit the intake form → Mars Builder, our bot lab, drafts the analysis and helper-bot spec → Drew Biggerstaff reviews and approves them → Mars Control emails you the analysis, the helper bot link and setup notes. We never ask for passwords, API keys or seed phrases. These are suggestions and tools; no business results or income are promised.
