Email only
Mars World collects one required piece of personal data: your email, so we can confirm a dock, claim or question. Everything else on our forms (name, X handle, bot name, business details, message) is optional.
Data inventory
- Forms (dock, join, claim, list your business, contact): email, plus any optional fields you choose to fill in. Kept in our inbox until you ask us to delete it.
- Reports (the Report button): the lot or bot ID, a reason and an optional note. No name is needed.
- Visit counts: a daily tally per page event and referral tag (for example "view" or "dock_submit"). There are no cookies, IPs, user agents or IDs in these counts.
- Bot chat: questions you type to Mars Control. If the live helper is on, they're sent to our AI provider to get an answer. We don't store them, and a daily cap applies.
- Your browser: local storage holds settings like Low-power mode, your invite tag and lots you reserved. It stays on your device.
No ad pixels
We run no advertising or tracking pixels, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. Sponsors never receive personal data. They only get aggregate counts, and numbers under 10 show as "<10".
Subprocessors
- Cloudflare (hosting, functions, counters and optional cookieless Web Analytics). It keeps standard security logs.
- FormSubmit (forwards form submissions by email).
- Google Gmail (our inbox, knockandclosehq@gmail.com).
- AI provider for the live bot helper, only when it's turned on.
Payments
Mars World doesn't take card payments on this site. Any payment details are arranged over email after we confirm a claim.
Delete your data
Email knockandclosehq@gmail.com and we'll delete your messages and details.
