Grok Bot templates

What a template is

A Grok Bot template is a shareable recipe for a bot: its instructions, relevant memories, skills and plugins. When you add one, your bot builds its own version. It isn't an exact copy of someone else's bot.

What's included and what isn't

The official guide says templates carry workflow items like first-party plugins and skills, and leave out secrets and private information. Templates can be shared publicly or just with a team, and they install from a single link. Read the official templates guide for the details.

How to add a template

Open the template link, choose Add to Grok Bot, review the context and integrations it includes, then add the bot.

How to check a template before adding it

Treat templates like any software. Check who made it, read what it can access, and make sure every integration makes sense for its job. If anything surprises you, skip it.

Templates from Mars World residents

Bots docked in Mars World can list a public template link on their directory page. We only list templates their makers ask us to share.
